Dallas & Luke

I recently took a last minute trip to Dallas for my nephew/Godson Luke. If you know me, I’ve probably flooded your feed with photos of Luke, or talked your ear off about how amazing he is. And that’s because he is. Luke has been a blessing of happiness and joy to our family, and its even more wonderful to see how he’s radiated that joy to friends and strangers. I truly believe that God gives us what we can handle, and to see Luke & his parents (my sister and my brother in law) grow into these people whom I admire so much, is everything.

Going to Dallas was a very emotional trip for our family. Being able to witness Luke walking using his new prosthetics was the best gift. Here are a couple snapshots I took while at Scottish Rite Hospital, Luke’s friendly and awesome hospital in Dallas. Thank God for places like that.
