Photography Location Options
Thank you for choosing me to document your special memories. I find that a photograph is most memorable when everyone is feeling confident, safe and comfortable, which is why following locations have been some of my favorite to photograph throughout the years. If you have a location that is meaningful and special to your family, please do not hesitate in mentioning it. Sometimes your home or a favorite park can be the most beautiful and memorable photos.
Transmountain/Museum of Archeology
This location is beautiful year round, and sometimes the poppies will make an appearance in March.
Best time to photograph: 1-2 hrs before sunset



UTEP
This location is beautiful year round, a mix of architecture, beautiful desert plant life with the greenest grass in el paso in the spring and summer.
Best time to photograph: Early mornings and 1-2 hours before sunset.



Memorial Park
This location is perfect for all types of sessions, large and small. Lots of trees, grass and plenty of space for little ones to run around.
Best time to photograph: Early mornings and 1-2 hours before sunset.



McKelligan Canyon
This location is perfect for intimate family sessions. Beautiful gorgeous view of the mountains and desert landscape are a beautiful backdrop. This location is also near to the McKelligan Amphitheatre, which can also be used to take some images on their entrance stairs.
Best time to photograph: Best time to photograph is about 1 hours after sunrise or 2-3 hours before sunset.


Downtown (The Plazas)
Best time to photograph: Early mornings and 1-2 hours before sunset.




Upper Valley Field
Best time to photograph: 1-2 hours before sunset.

Spring Example

Near Hueco Tanks
This location is near Hueco Tanks on the far east side. Beautiful gorgeous boulders in the desert are unique to El Paso and are a beautiful backdrop.
Best time to photograph: 1-2 hrs before sunset

The Studio (Located in Downtown El Paso) – Currently Not Available
Studio availability may vary, must be booked at least 4 weeks in advanced to guarantee desired date.
Best time to photograph: Anytime from 10am-1pm during weekdays, and 10am-3pm during weekends.



Desert Mountain Trail off Rim Rd.
Best time to photograph: , Early Morning—About 1-2 Hours after Sunrise (Best during Spring & Summer)


Ramirez Pecan Farm
This location is located on the far east side in Clint at a Pecan Farm.
Best time to photograph: September-December, Afternoon and Sunset (Sessions can only be booked on Sundays, depending on Farm Availability)

Desert Mountain Trail off Stanton
Best time to photograph: Early Morning (15 min after Sunrise)


Red Sands
Best time to photograph: Early Morning and Sunset
